About the event
This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to work with Worbla thermoplastics & craft foam to construct a finished bracer to take home with you. You'll leave with the skills to start creating costume armor, weapons, accessories & more to bring your ren faire and cosplay goals to life.
OBJECTIVES:
Learn thermoplastics and EVA foam as a material
Introduce patterning techniques
Learn finishing techniques for Worbla using priming and painting skills
Create a finished and wearable costume armor bracer or bracelet of each student’s own design
